How do we secure our booking?
We would be delighted to be part of your celebration. To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days before your wedding or pre-wedding session. We accept payments via bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), credit card (via PayPal), or QRIS. Once payment has been completed, kindly share your transaction confirmation with our team.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans may change, and we always strive to approach these situations with care and understanding. As each booking is exclusively reserved for you, the 50% booking retainer is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. Should you wish to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least three months before your scheduled event and are subject to our team's availability and the terms of your agreement. We appreciate your understanding, as reserving your date means declining other bookings for the same occasion.
When can we expect to receive our photographs and films?
We believe your memories deserve thoughtful attention, and every image is carefully curated to reflect the beauty and emotion of your celebration.
Sneak Peeks — Within 3 Days
Within three days of your event, we'll share a curated selection of approximately 15 highlight images for you to enjoy and share with your loved ones.
Photo Selection — Within 1 Week
Approximately one week after your wedding or pre-wedding session, you'll receive a private DCV gallery featuring your photographs in preview resolution. From this gallery, you may select your preferred images for professional retouching, according to the number included in your chosen collection. Simply email us the corresponding image filenames.
Photo Editing — Approximately 2 Weeks
Once we receive your selections, our team will begin the editing process, which typically takes approximately two weeks.
Your professionally retouched photographs will be shared for review, with up to two rounds of refinements included.
Final Delivery
Once approved, your photographs will be prepared for delivery in high-resolution JPEG format, along with the remaining selected photographs as outlined in your agreement.
Fine Art Albums — Approximately 8 Weeks
If your collection includes a custom album, we'll begin designing the layout once your photographs are approved.
You'll receive a digital layout for review, with up to two rounds of revisions. Following layout approval and your selection of cover materials, album production typically takes approximately eight weeks. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you provide RAW files?
As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent visual experience, we do not release original RAW files. RAW files are unprocessed digital negatives that form the foundation of our creative workflow. The final photographs are thoughtfully refined to reflect DCV's signature aesthetic, including color, tonality, composition, and overall visual harmony. Instead, we provide high-resolution JPEG files, carefully prepared for digital viewing, sharing, and professional printing. This ensures that every photograph you receive represents the quality and artistic standard of our work.
Can we choose our pre-wedding locations and outfits?
Absolutely. Your pre-wedding session should feel like an authentic reflection of who you are as a couple. Whether you envision an intimate seaside escape, timeless architectural surroundings, or a destination that holds special meaning, we welcome your ideas. Our creative team will work closely with you to refine the locations, wardrobe, lighting, and overall visual direction, while considering the practical aspects of travel, scheduling, and logistics. Together, we'll create an experience that feels effortless, personal, and beautifully yours.
What happens if it rains on our wedding or pre-wedding day?
Some of the most beautiful moments happen unexpectedly, and a little rain can bring a unique sense of romance and atmosphere to your photographs. For weddings, our team will adapt creatively to the conditions, exploring sheltered spaces, indoor settings, and alternative compositions while preserving the essence of your celebration. For pre-wedding sessions, we'll assess the weather conditions before your scheduled makeup appointment and discuss suitable alternatives when necessary. Should adverse weather require a change of location or schedule after makeup has begun, additional makeup or logistical charges may apply. Please note that pre-wedding sessions are non-cancellable, although weather-related rescheduling may be considered subject to availability and prior agreement.

Can we request that our photographs and films remain private?
Of course. We deeply respect your privacy and understand that some moments are meant to remain personal. While we love sharing our work to inspire future couples, your comfort and preferences are important to us. If you would prefer that your photographs or films not be featured on our website, social media, portfolio, or other promotional platforms, simply let us know in writing before your event. We'll respect your request and ensure your imagery is handled in accordance with our agreed privacy arrangements. Your trust means everything to us.
